GENERAL QUESTIONS

How can I request a print job from you?
We would be happy to discuss larger projects with you personally. Otherwise you can submit your project via the usual communication channels (e-mail, telephone).
In order to be able to provide you with a quotation, we need the following information: Object name, product, scope, processing, print runs, paper type, pagination and the desired delivery date.
We print from print runs of 1 to 1,000,000 copies.

The delivery time varies depending on the product and project.
BasseDruck preflights each file at the beginning. Basically you have the option of receiving a soft proof before printing, with which you can still check everything thoroughly and send us replacement pages if necessary can. If there are more than 10 exchange pages, we prefer new data.

PRINT DATA & FILE FORMATS

Which file formats do you accept (PDF, TIFF, AI etc.)?
We prefer print-ready PDF files (PDF/X-3 or PDF/X-4). We also accept other file formats by arrangement.
Please submit your file in CMYK color mode with at least 300 dpi and 3 mm Trim allowance. You can find detailed print data instructions on our Website.
It is part of our service to check your data for suitability for printing. On On request, we can create a color proof for approval at an extra charge.
If we discover incorrect data, we will inform you before the start of production. Printing will only start after your approval.

PRICES & PAYMENT

How are your prices made up?
Our prices are based on print run, format, paper, finishing and printing process. You will always receive a transparent quote from us – with no hidden costs.
